DERMAL NEUROFIBROMA WITHIN WHICH THERE ARE STACKED LAMELLAE OF THE TYPE FOUND IN FIBROLAMELLAR NERVE SHEATH TUMORS
One occasionally finds a focus of stacked lamellae of eosinophilic collagen associated with delicate spindle cells in a dermal neurofibroma. Such foci resemble the dominant pattern found in fibrolamellar nerve sheath tumors.
