Low power view from an area in the subcutis. Scattered multinucleated cells are present. Such cells are found in giant cell fibroblastomas, but angiectoid foci of the type expected in a giant cell fibroblastoma are not present. Giant cell fibroblastomas share some features with DFSP's. |
